You will have access to a fully furnished one bedroom with a new queen memory foam mattress "house," secured neatly in a beautiful 8 stall Horse barn. The horses are friendly and the place is clean and neat. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer.

With accommodations up to 4 guests (2 privately), and a Deluxe Queen Air Mattress is available upon request.

Well not actually... our Waterfall House Retreat is an adorable 3 -4 bedroom (depending on group size) 1 bath secluded "Lower Apartment." We live two floors up, but we promise your space will feel like your own, and if you need anything we aren't far!

Located only 35 minutes from downtown Louisville and Madison, Indiana.

Finally for any businesses or families needing temporary housing or vacationing closer to Louisville we have our Traveler's Nest home!

The Traveler's Nest is an adorable 3 bedroom 2 bath house with all the necessities for a relaxing weekend getaway (Bookings over 3 months long can have access to a 4th large bedroom)

Located only 20 minutes from downtown Louisville and New Albany, Indiana.

WOW! You feel right at home from the moment you walk in the door. Fully furnished and stocked with the essentials! Everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and there were 9 of us! You can't turn a corner without reading some word of encouragement! Alicia and her family were so kind and easygoing. The place was perfect! It was close to the Kentucky derby (which was whatwe needed) while still being quiet. Alicia left us some breakfast foods which was must needed and the beds were as comfy as could be. If we ever head back to the derby we'll hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at Alicia's! So cozy and comfortable. Just what we were looking for: a quiet getaway with a well-equipped kitchen and secure area for the pups to play. She was great at communicating with us, very hospitable and even left a bottle of champagne for new year's eve- a much appreciated touch!
